Afya Reach Limited, established in 2019, is a social impact organization dedicated to initiating sustainable health programs. At Afya Reach, we are dedicated to the early screening, detection, and referral of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, and respiratory illnesses. Our mission is to reduce the burden of NCDs through timely interventions and the strategic use of health data for decision-making at both community and policy levels.
